New Students to the District » Middle School
If you want to register your child for the remainder of this school year (2011-2012):
If you are a South Pasadena resident and your child is new to the District and you need to register your 6th, 7th or 8th grade student for the current school year, you will need to contact the Middle School Registrar, Mr. Larry Parkhill, at 626-441-5830, X3908, to make an appointment to register your child. You may not register for school until you reside in South Pasadena and have your appropriate three proofs of residency. Registration must be done by the parent or legal guardian of the child. The SPMS Registrar works until June 22, 2012 and does not return to work for the next school year (2012-2013) until mid-August 2012.

If you are a South Pasadena resident, new to the District and need to register your 6th, 7th or 8th grade student for next school year (2012-2013), please use the following dates to determine your registration dates.
April 23, 2012 - June 22, 2012: Contact the Middle School Registrar at 626-441-5830, X3908, to make an appointment to register your child. Appointment times are 9:00 am - 10:30 am and 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm. The Registrar does not work during the summer. You may not register for school until you reside in South Pasadena and have your appropriate three proofs of residency. Registration must be done by the parent or legal guardian of the child.
June 25, 2012 - July 20, 2012: Intermediate Summer School will take place at the Middle School; however, no new registrations will be processed.

Deed of Trust
Mortgage Payment Receipt – dated within the past month
Rental/Lease Agreement, listing all names of occupants (including children), and the name, address, telephone number and signature of landlord/management company.
Property Tax Bill – dated within the past year
Closing Escrow Papers
Category B
Utility Bill (Example: Southern California Edison, The Gas Company, Water Bill) – dated within the past month
Time Warner Cable Bill – dated within the past month
Telephone/Cell Phone Bill – dated within the past month
Category C
Current Car Registration – dated within the past year
Car Insurance Statement – dated within the past 6 months to 1 year
Health Insurance Statement – dated within the past month
Bank Statement (or signed letter on bank letterhead with the South Pasadena address) – dated within the past month
Pay Stub showing current South Pasadena address – dated within the past month
Current Federal or State Tax Forms – dated within the past year
