New Students to the District » High School Registration Information and Forms
New students to the District in 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade who have just moved to South Pasadena and need to register for High School for the 2011-2012 school year need to contact the Registrar, Ms. Rebecca Quinones to make an appointment for their registration. The preferred method of contact is by email: rquinones@fc.spusd.net.
If you are a South Pasadena resident, and your child is not currently attending SPMS in 8th grade, or SPHS as a 9th, 10th or 11th grader, and you want to enroll them in SPUSD for the 2012-2013 school year, you will need to register your incoming 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade student with Ms. Quinones. This service will be available from April 16th, 2012 on through July 25, 2012, by appointment only. Registration dates in August will be made public once the start of school has been established for the 2012-2013 school year.
You may not register for school until you reside in South Pasadena and have your appropriate three proofs of residence, and registration must be done by the parent or legal guardian of the child. Guardianships and Dual Family Residencies must be approved in advance by the Personnel Office at the District Office. Deed of Trust
Mortgage Payment Receipt – dated within the past month
Rental/Lease Agreement, listing all names of occupants (including children), and the name, address, telephone number and signature of landlord/management company.
Property Tax Bill – dated within the past year
Closing Escrow Papers
Category B
Utility Bill (Example: Southern California Edison, The Gas Company, Water Bill) – dated within the past month
Time Warner Cable Bill – dated within the past month
Telephone/Cell Phone Bill – dated within the past month
Category C
Current Car Registration – dated within the past year
Car Insurance Statement – dated within the past 6 months to 1 year
Health Insurance Statement – dated within the past month
Bank Statement (or signed letter on bank letterhead with the South Pasadena address) – dated within the past month
Pay Stub showing current South Pasadena address – dated within the past month
Current Federal or State Tax Forms – dated within the past year
